This Falorca Magnum, it seems, has had a rather sociable time maturing in new French oak barrels – a full 24 months, you see. The result is a wine that’s remarkably refined, almost striving for a touch of sensuality. The bouquet is beautifully balanced, with the Rufete grape – the star of the show – lending those characteristic Dão nuances. Definitely a wine for grilled fish or white meats.
