This Petillant from Quinta da Raza is a delightful little surprise – bubbles that really linger on the palate, demanding a certain amount of attention. The fact that it’s deliberately left with sediment adds an opalescent quality, amplifying the complexity of the flavours and making it wonderfully intriguing.
