Winemaker Hugues Gros masterfully blends Gouveio and Moscatel, employing a maceration that pushes the boundaries at 12 hours – a bold move, indeed! The wine delivers a refreshing 6.5g/L acidity, beautifully balanced by a pH of 3.29. It’s a fantastic pairing with freshly grilled fish or a Mediterranean fruit salad – pure delight!
