Quinta da Vacariça is a viticultural project founded in Tamengos (Anadia) by François Chasans. Covering over two hectares, it focuses on the Baga grape to produce outstanding Bairrada wines. By blending innovative techniques with traditional ones, the estate creates a truly exceptional product from the region, guided by a deep respect for the vine and nature. Its aim isn’t mass production but uncompromising quality.
