Manual harvest in 20‑kg crates, destemming and pellicular maceration for 20 hours, followed by pressing, static decantation, and fermentation in tanks and barrels at controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine rested on fine lees for five months. It offers bright aromatic freshness, abundant white‑fruit notes of melon and green apple. On the palate, the fruit is well balanced with a very well‑judged acidity, good body, and a pleasant finish. A total of 3,300 bottles were produced. Sulfites are present.
