Quinta de Arcossó White wine Quinta de Arcossó Arinto originates from Arcossó – Vidago – sub-region of Ribeira de Oura, grown on a 1‑ha plot that is part of an 8‑ha estate of new vines planted in 2017. The vineyard sits on a broad slope at a moderate altitude of about 450 m, facing southeast with an approximate 35 % slope, on a granitic soil. The grapes were harvested on 14 September; 80 % of the wine underwent alcoholic fermentation in stainless‑steel tanks with bâtonnage, while the remaining 20 % was aged on French oak barrels. The wine was bottled in October 2020 and then matured in bottle for 30 months. It can be decanted 60 minutes before serving and is best enjoyed at 13 °C.
