The result is a medium-bodied red wine, showcasing the Syrah’s intensity alongside the Touriga Nacional’s elegance, all beautifully balanced by the subtle influence of French oak. It’s a particularly good match for grilled beef – and perhaps a perfectly roasted suckling pig with bay leaf.
