Quinta de Cidrô The Quinta de Cidrô presents the first Alvarinho produced in the Douro, a superb outcome of the continuous innovation taking place in the estate’s vineyards. The idea of planting Alvarinho in the Douro arose from our ambition to craft a top‑quality monovarietal white from a Portuguese grape. This wine is marked by fine, delicate aromas of citrus fruits and orange blossom, offering an excellent aromatic complexity. Expressive and distinctive, it is, above all, a Douro wine—full‑bodied and rich—revealing flavours that hint at the bouquet. A long‑lived Alvarinho, defined by a crisp acidity and a tasteful minerality.
