Quinta de Lemos A Touriga Nacional, full-bodied and voluminous with the sweet and structured Tinta Roriz and the complex aromas of Jaen, grow on slopes situated between 350 and 400 metres of altitude. The vineyard is managed under an integrated pest management programme, with herbicides prohibited. Pest control is performed by soil mobilisation. Harvest is manual, grape‑to‑grape, when they reach optimal ripeness. The grapes are picked into small 10‑kg boxes. Vinification: These wines are produced after fermentation at controlled temperature to preserve all aromatic elegance. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and is then aged for 18 months to enhance its structure and complexity. Allergen information: contains sulfites. SKU: 105388
