That characteristic granite freshness really bursts through on the palate, and a subtle barrel aging adds a welcome structural backbone, finishing with remarkable intensity and a long, lingering aftertaste. Absolutely brilliant with some fresh seafood, or a lovely cucumber and yogurt salad.
