The Quinta de Pancas estate is located 45 km northwest of Lisbon, in the parish of Santo Estevão e Triana, in the so‑called “Alto Concelho de Alenquer” near the village of Pancas. The Alenquer vineyards stretch between the Serra de Montejunto and the Lezíria of the right bank of the Tagus River, unfolding into a landscape of mountains, hills, valleys and plains. The property covers about 50 hectares of vines, which are currently planted with the following red varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Touriga Nacional, Syrah, Merlot, Castelão, Alicante Bouschet, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Petit Verdot and Malbec. Among the white grapes grown there are Arinto, Chardonnay and Vital.
