You get beautiful ripe white fruit notes, beautifully interwoven with a touch of wild herb, a direct result of the limestone terroir and extended aging in soalheiro barrels. It’s a remarkably elegant and persistent wine, having snagged a prize at the Wine Awards in 2022, and would pair exceptionally well with a hearty roasted black pork dish with kid – a classic combination, really.
