The wine spent eight months on French oak barrels over the lees, followed by a 24‑month bottle maturation, adding complexity and structure. With a yellow‑green hue, it offers an exuberant nose that brings the sea into the glass: citrusy lemon and peach notes mingle with jasmine florals, iodised hints of seaweed and wet stone, and subtle suggestions of smoke and butter from the barrel ageing.
