With Touriga Franca we speak of a talent that is often subtle, a traditional variety long undervalued but brought to the forefront by Ventozelo. By doing so, it reveals its full potential: complex, seductive aromas coupled with remarkable elegance and balance. Sourced from an exceptional vineyard, the grapes destined for Quinta de Ventozelo Touriga Franca were meticulously hand‑picked in September and subjected to a rigorous selection process. After complete destemming, the bunches undergo a manual pick and subsequent “bago a bago” selection using optical technology, ensuring maximum quality of the raw material. Vinification takes place in a press, with pre‑fermentative maceration and precise temperature control.
