Quinta do Crasto 10‑Year‑Old is a Tawny Port aged in Portuguese oak barrels for an average of ten years. Made from selected Port wines sourced from our best vineyards, this blend offers great complexity from the older wines, while the younger wines bring fresh fruit flavours and vibrant acidity. Vinification: The grapes, coming from vines over 60 years old, were transported in food‑grade plastic crates and rigorously sorted upon arrival at the cellar. After a gentle crushing without destemming, they were pressed in a traditional press by hand at regular intervals. Distilled wine spirit was then added to halt fermentation. Aging: Quinta do Crasto 10‑Year‑Old is aged in 9‑ton (9 000 L) Portuguese oak barrels. Bottled in March 2023.
