This vintage from Quinta do Estanho is a bold statement – a truly vibrant deep purple, hinting at a wine brimming with character and soul. The aromas are intensely rich, showcasing a generous array of ripe black fruit, beautifully intertwined with scents that evoke the very estate itself. On the palate, the harmony between the fruit and tannins is remarkably well-balanced, revealing a surprising concentration, as you’d expect from their celebrated “Old Vines”. A long, lingering finish – utterly delightful with a hearty roasted meat, or perhaps a flaky sea bass.
