Quinta do Gradil is one of the oldest estates in the Cadaval region. On its 120 hectares of vineyards, at the foot of the Montejunto mountain range, a wide variety of white and red grape varieties are planted. The grapes were harvested in early November, in the early morning hours to preserve their aromatic freshness. Fermentation took place in a small stainless‑steel vat at 12 °C. After fermentation, the wine aged for six months in a third‑use French oak barrel before bottling. It then remained in the bottle for another six months before release to market. Try it with starters based on pâtés and foie gras, or as the perfect companion for desserts.
