This Syrah from Quinta do Monte D’Oiro is a truly refined wine, the result of meticulous hand-harvesting and a wonderfully discerning selection of grapes – all driven by a healthy dose of passion, of course. The direct pressing, must-drop technique, and temperature-controlled fermentation (13-16°C) ensure exceptional purity. Aging in 500L French oak barrels – previously used for the Madrigal – adds a delicate elegance without sacrificing vibrancy. Wine & Spirit Magazine awarded it 91 points, describing it as a wonderfully fresh and fruity blush wine with floral and spice notes; a fantastic pairing with grilled fish or game.
