The vines are trained in a single‑cordon system, yielding an average of 6 tonnes per hectare. **Harvest** Manual. **Vinification** Alicante Bouschet (40 %), Cabernet Sauvignon (40 %), Malbec (10 %) and Marselan (10 %). After meticulous hand‑selection, the grapes were destemmed and fermented in tanks with mechanical crushing for 12 days at controlled temperatures between 24 °C and 28 °C. **Maturation** The wine matured for 24 months in French oak barrels (70 %) and American oak (30 %).
