Winemaking: Manual harvest for 20‑kg crates, followed by grape reception and destemming. The grapes are crushed in the mill using the traditional foot‑pump. The best barrels from the 2015 vintage were selected. The wine ages for 12 to 15 months in 225‑liter French oak barrels. Bottling took place in June 2018. Serving suggestions: Pairs well with game meats, red meats, and cheeses. Store horizontally in a cool, dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations. Serve at 16 °C to 18 °C. Consume in moderation.
