The grapes were fermented in stainless‑steel tanks with temperature control and racking, with a capacity of 3,000 kg. Malolactic fermentation was carried out in stainless‑steel tanks before the wine was moved to new French Allier oak barrels, where it aged for 20 months. Quinta do Vallado Adelaide Magnum displays a very concentrated aroma, with balsamic notes of oak, fig, black plums, and tobacco. On the palate it is full‑bodied, firm, mature, with satin‑like tannins. It has mineral undertones and a very elegant, complex, and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
