The Quinta de Lagares Reserva Branco is made from Rabigato and Viosinho grapes. Its floral aromas with subtle citrus and honeyed nuances give this wine a velvety, fresh and balanced profile. Owned by the Lencart family since 1920, Quinta dos Lagares is situated in Vale de Mendiz on the left bank of the Pinhão River in the Demarcated Douro Region. Covering 70 hectares, the estate produces wine and olive oil, cultivating about 27 hectares of vineyards planted with traditional Dourado varieties. Since 2007, the couple Pedro Lencart and Isabel Sarmento have guided the destiny of this beautiful Quinta, which still retains its granite lavoirs on the ground floor of the house, dating from the late 18th century. The wines produced here mirror the commitment and dedication of a family that continues to respect ancestral winemaking methods, relying on the region’s typical grape varieties.
