Quinta dos Roques Crushing of the grapes with full destemming, followed by fermentation in stainless‑steel tanks, with selected yeasts, at a temperature of 28‑30 °C. The maceration period was 13 days and the racking was gentle. The wine was aged in 225‑liter French oak barrels for 10 months. Before bottling the wine was only lightly filtered through cellulose plates to preserve its entire structure. Bottled in August 2019. Allergen information Contains sulfites. SKU: 106121
