The Touriga Nacional and Touriga Francesa, meticulously hand-picked in 20kg boxes, offer a wonderfully generous character. Fermented in stainless steel with daily délestage, it’s evolved beautifully. The 18-month aging in second-fill French oak has added a layer of refined smoothness, without masking the distinctive expressiveness of these gorgeous grapes. Pairs wonderfully with beef or a nicely grilled cod fillet.
