This Touriga Nacional and Aragonez from Quinta Nova certainly doesn’t play it safe. The Touriga Nacional delivers classic dark fruit notes – think ripe blackberries – while the Aragonez adds a welcome layer of spice. It’s a wine with substance, and would pair beautifully with a perfectly grilled steak, or perhaps a hearty, slow-cooked beef dish to really showcase its character. A gold medal at the International Wine & Spirit Competition speaks for itself, doesn’t it?
