This Borba boasts a deeply concentrated ruby colour, clearly having spent some considerable time in its new oak barrels. The aromas are intensely ripe black fruit, layered with hints of dark chocolate and coffee – a testament to the vineyard’s careful cultivation and the generous ageing in wood. On the palate, it's remarkably smooth with a refreshing lift that balances the fruit’s richness beautifully. A truly impressive wine, ideally paired with grilled beef or a classic beef Stroganoff.
