This “Lagrima das Damas” is a truly eye-catching white from the Douro – a vibrant lime green that practically begs you to kick back and enjoy. The palate delivers a beautiful balance, with the tropical notes of pineapple and lychee playfully interacting with the refreshing character of grapes from the Douro Superior. It earned a well-deserved 16.5 points from Grandes Escolhas, and would be divine with a classic pastel de nata or a perfectly grilled white fish.
