This exceptionally rare Dão white is a true head-turner, having earned a remarkable 18 points in *Revista de Vinhos*. The aroma profile is wonderfully complex, boasting notes of dried fruits, toasted grains, and a hint of fennel – clearly a vineyard with a lot of character. On the palate, it's remarkably fresh, silky smooth, and lingers beautifully, practically begging for a pairing with some delicious patés and aged sheep’s cheese.
