Ratpenat means “bat” and was born from a partnership between Celler Credo and the Natural Sciences Museum of Granollers to protect the environment and the living beings that inhabit it, especially this crucial insect‑eating animal in the ecosystem. It is made exclusively from Macabeo grapes grown in a 1990 vineyard on slate soils—a rarity in Penedès, where most soils are limestone. The wine holds official organic certification and is suitable for vegans.
