Their dedication is evident, particularly in the Syrah’s vinification, which utilizes automated plunging and “significant extraction” to build a powerful structure. The inclusion of 60% new French oak barrels adds another layer of ambition, hinting at rich, complex aromas. Remarkably, this wine has earned Gold from the prestigious Mundus Vini and 93 points from the China Wine & Spirits Awards – a testament to their skillful balance of Syrah’s strength with the Touriga Nacional’s elegance. It’s a wine with serious aging potential – truly deserving of a hearty beef roast.”
