This white wine from the Trás-os-Montes is a delightful little transport – straight to the slopes of the Mirandês plateau, where the Cooperativa Agrícola Ribadouro has been perfecting its craft since 1959. The aromas are wonderfully floral and citrusy, underpinned by the mineral character brought by the Fernão Pires and Viosinho grapes. On the palate, it offers a refreshing mid-length, with a really engaging finish, all thanks to the subtle influence of the Malvasia Fina. Absolutely brilliant with grilled fish or a seafood paella, wouldn’t you agree?
