This Riso Reserva, a rather reserved yet refined red from the Alentejo, relies on the classic pairing of Sousão and Touriga Nacional. The Touriga Nacional, steeped in Alentejo tradition, lends notes of red berries, while the more subtle Sousão provides a welcome freshness that cuts through the concentrated fruit.
