Following a careful fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 20-22°C, the wine matures in 500-litre French oak barrels, gracefully picking up woody notes that beautifully enhance the Touriga Nacional and Touriga Francesa. The result is a wine with a genuinely impressive structure, earning a well-deserved 17 points from *Revista de Vinhos*, and it pairs particularly well with hearty game or a slow-cooked beef.”
