Ruelas Reserva Tinto

Description

Ruelas Reserva red is made from Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional and Syrah grapes. It showcases excellent structure and elegance, drawn from a blend of two of Portugal’s most prestigious varieties paired with French Syrah. A brief stint in oak imparts complexity and roundness. Quinta do Gradil has been part of Portuguese wine history since 1492. However, it was only in the 17th century that the vineyard and wine became part of the estate’s economic activity. The most decisive moment came in the 19th century when Dona Maria do Carmo Romeiro da Fonseca inherited Quinta do Gradil from her father, turning it into a benchmark agricultural venture focused on wine production. Many years later, Quinta do Gradil remains a Portuguese benchmark worldwide, now led by Luís Vieira. (illustrative image)
