Fermented with indigenous yeasts and foot-treading on granite *lagares*, it possesses an authenticity that practically vibrates. After nine months ageing in French oak barrels (half new, half second-fill), the wine has matured with remarkable elegance, boasting a notable balance and a generous body, highlighted by notes of black cherry and violet. Perfect with a hearty beef roast, naturally.
