Salentein Numina Cabernet Franc Tinto

Description

This Numina Cabernet Franc from Salientein has clearly had a rather spirited youth – the oak fermentation seems to have thrown in a dash of Sauvignon Blanc’s herbaceousness, to be honest. However, Salientein knows how to play it cool, and the result is a wine with a surprising burst of freshness, though perhaps a touch young. It would pair beautifully with grilled beef, I think.
