The Sandeman Porto Branco 10 Anos is an elegant and complex white Port, aged in oak casks. Its golden colour gives way to intense aromas of candied orange peel, delicate floral notes and fresh white fruit, complemented by nuances of egg custard and a hint of minerality. On the palate, it stands out for its freshness, body and balance, with a very long and harmonious finish. The House of Sandeman was founded in London in 1790 by George Sandeman, a young Scot from Perth who decided to invest £300, borrowed from his father, in a business trading Port and Sherry. Always a pioneer, Sandeman was the first Company to brand a cask with fire bearing its name, guaranteeing the quality of the wine it sold. Over more than two centuries, Sandeman has built its success on a rare capacity for innovation and on expertise passed down from generation to generation. Today, led by the Portuguese company Sogrape Vinhos, Sandeman clearly sees itself as "the" world brand of Port and Sherry, and proudly proclaims: "Sandeman, Famous for Pleasure".
