Sanguinhal Vinification: The Touriga Nacional and Petit Verdot grapes were vinified separately. After destemming, they are lightly crushed and transferred to stainless‑steel tanks where fermentation with prolonged maceration takes place for 15 days. The must undergoes fermentation with temperature control around 25‑27 °C. Bottling: After a careful analysis of the combinations of the two grape varieties, the selected batch is aged for 10 months in French oak barrels.
