The colour, a welcoming straw yellow, foreshadows an explosion of ripe blackcurrant aromas, almost like a citrus compote that pulls you in. And, of course, the signature Rabigato notes – that mineral touch reminiscent of the vineyards of the Douro. It’s a full-bodied, well-balanced wine with a long finish, perhaps best paired with grilled fish and rice with coriander.
