São João Vinification: After a very delicate pressing of the grapes, harvested in the first half of September, the must fermented for 15 days in stainless‑steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The process, following the classic method, began in spring 2019 with the draw, and the secondary fermentation took place in the cellar for 15 days at 16 °C, followed by a 24‑month bottle ageing on lees. Potential for ageing: 2 years after disgorgement. Recommended dishes: Appetizers, fish, white meats and desserts. Allergen information: Contains sulfites. SKU: 107226
