Primarily driven by the Trincadeira grape, it’s a surprisingly elegant wine. The fermentation in stainless steel – carefully controlled between 25 and 27 degrees – ensures the Baga and Touriga Nacional maintain their vibrant fruit character and a remarkable balance. Definitely a lovely match for grilled fish or a fresh vegetable salad.”
