Seisdedos Toñi is a unique monovarietal of white Rufete that represents the evolution of Juíta, another orange wine this winery produced in 2021, so both wines share similar parameters. In this case, the wine ferments with its skins (hence its particular orange hue) and undergoes 11 months of barrel ageing to gain a complex palette, offering a very mineral, spicy and balsamic character. Its name refers to Agustín Maíllo Coscón “Toñí”, father of Agustín Maíllo Seisdedos, and the label image is from a portrait by his brother Florencio that is part of the Retrata2‑338 exhibition, displayed on the façades of the town of Mogarraz.
