Sexy Branco

Description

This “Sexy” – hailing from the Alentejo – is a white wine with a rather bold proposition. The winemaking process, utilising those signature 20kg oak barrels and refrigerated truck transport, clearly indicates a dedication to meticulousness. Fermentation, split between stainless steel and newly-seasoned French oak, held at a cool 12°C, is designed to promote a truly complex maturation. A pairing with classic bacalhau à portuguesa or grilled fish with lemon feels particularly fitting.
