This Soito Magnum, straight from the Quinta do Soito estate, is a passionate tribute to the Dão region. A beautiful blend of Alfrocheiro, Jaen, Touriga Nacional and, surprisingly, Aragonez delivers a colour reminiscent of perfectly baked bricks. On the nose, you’ll find ripe red fruits – blackcurrant and blackberry – with a subtle hint of vanilla, a testament to the meticulous winemaking. It’s a full-bodied wine with firm tannins and a remarkable persistence, begging for a hearty beef roast, of course.
