Sonante is a very gastronomic wine, perfect for everyday. But it’s more than that – it’s festive! Sonante is the one that makes things sound, vibrate, and celebrate. The Sonante white is a DOP Dão wine from the Serra da Estrela sub‑region, born from vines of traditional local varieties aged between 15 and 40 years, situated in the Vila Nova de Tazem and Gouveia areas. The terroir features granite soils at altitudes between 400 and 600 m, marked by the influence of a mountain standing 2,000 m high. Vinification: Full pressing followed by cooling and decanting at 12 °C. The clean must ferments in small stainless‑steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 °C, preserving all aromas and freshness. This wine then ages in stainless‑steel tanks.
