Sonhar Branco

Description

This “Sonhar” – meaning “dream” – hails from the Alentejo and certainly lives up to its name. Infused with Arinto, Verdelho, and Antão Vaz, it bursts with aromas of white stone fruit, as if freshly picked from the vines. The palate is generously textured, possessing a refreshing acidity expertly balanced by that Verdelho character. A fantastic pairing would be with a hearty rice dish like arroz de carabali, or, for a truly classic experience, some clams á Bulhão Pato – its brightness is simply exquisite.
