A red wine crafted entirely from Garnacha sourced from the unique vineyards of Cebreros, planted in 1961 at an altitude of 1,100 metres. It ferments in concrete vats before resting for 15 months in 2,000‑litre foudres. The result is a highly structured wine, with polished tannins, a long finish, and aromas of thyme and wild lavender.
