La Cuadrilla is a red wine that pays tribute to the rural workers hired by Rubén Solórzano, and its name honors the team. By offering them the best working conditions, Rubén managed to get the workers to feel as if the vineyard belonged to them. He gave each member a parcel of land to steward, turning every team member into a farmer rather than just a laborer. Moved by this, Tom Stolpman announced that all the wine produced by the team's training yard would be delivered to its members for personal consumption. Profits are shared with the crew, both as year‑end bonuses and on a weekly basis through each vine’s yield. Rubén moves the team to a different section of the vineyard each year, so the team’s composition can change from one harvest to the next.
