The Grande Villae Red is a wine of strong, generous character, reflecting the Taboadella vineyard that has always produced intense, complex reds with a very elegant structure. It surprises with subtle elegance and pronounced mineralism, thanks to the granite terroir on which the vineyard sits, and it finishes with a fairly persistent note. The Silvã de Cima press, located beside the Taboadella vineyard, emerges in the monolithic, rock‑type penedo, representing one of the oldest vinification sites in the Dão. This unique setting contrasts with the contemporary cellar, whose architecture uses natural materials such as wood and cork. A balcony offers a panoramic view of the magnificent vineyard expanse, surrounded by a vast forest. In this harmonious setting, where past and future intertwine, the wines come alive in the vineyard and landscape.
