Tapada de Coelheiros The grapes were hand‑harvested into 25‑kg crates and immediately transported to the cellar, where they were stored in a cold chamber for 24 hours. The grapes were then selected, pressed, and pneumatically decanted. Alcoholic fermentation began in a stainless‑steel tank using selected yeasts.
